Kurikulum dalam Program Studi MM FEB Universitas Paramadina memiliki tiga kompetensi yaitu kompetensi utama, kompetensi pendukung, dan kompetensi lainnya. Program ini tidak saja memberikan kesempatan mahasiswa mempelajari state of the art knowledge, tetapi juga membangun jaringan dengan para tokoh bisnis dan institusi yang mereka kelola. Saat ini keempat konsentrasi tersebut, tengah menjadi trend perkembangan bisnis dan keuangan dunia. Prodi MM menawarkan empat peminatan dan konsentrasi, antara lain: Strategic Business and Finance, Islamic Finance, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management.
